Our sweet treats are the result of time, technique and tradition. Each pastry begins with carefully laminated dough, folded with cultured butter and rested overnight to develop flavour and texture.

Our bakers rise early to shape, proof and bake each item fresh every morning, creating light, flaky layers and a golden finish. From the classic almond croissant to the swirl of a pain au raisin, every bite is crafted to comfort, delight and surprise.
